The Lean Enterprise Excellence (LEX) Model are the concept base on Lean Manufacturing. The LEX methodology are currently promote and applying from started as early as product design stages until day to day operation management and supply chain management in Aero-Structure Composites manufacturing. We are wiling to work not only from aerospace, but also from other industries with similar interests.
